Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Return Eligibility
Approved returns must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packed in the original packaging. Please contact us before sending an item back.
Non-returnable Items
Customised, personalised, made-to-order, sale, and gift-card purchases are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Handcrafted Variations
Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, and dimensions are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
